Two mid twenties females looking for a third female to move in.
1 bedroom left in a three bedroom top floor apartment in Baulkham Hills. Female applicants only please. Room is unfurnished but has a built-in wardrobe. Spacious living/dining areas furnished only with couches and two bookshelves plus a very old TV. So there is room if you have some furniture or even artwork/pictures for the walls. Dishwasher and clothes dryer come with the apartment but there is no washing machine so if you can bring one or buy it then great! Share the main bathroom with 1 other female, it has a spa bath. Laundry inside apartment, no clothes are allowed to be hung on the balcony. 2 car lock-up garage available. Pool on grounds and access to oval behind building. Close to shops and buses.
Rent is $127p/week. $560 bond which you get back at the end. We usually pay rent fortnightly and it is 2 weeks in advance. Utilities are split in thirds. Gas and electricity are paid every three months and usually work out at between $50-$60 each per bill. Phone depends on usage. If you know how to get the internet to go to more than one computer I have broadband in the master bedroom. Share the chores around the apartment.
No smoking, drugs or alcohol. No guests after 9pm on weekdays and no males overnight ever unless there is something like a family emergency
Move in date: before March 1st. Looking for someone willing to sign a 6month lease minimum.
