AREA: The place is very quiet and peaceful. It is lovely neighbourhood with great neighbours, NO wild party sounds around. A bus stop is conveniently located 2 minutes walk away. Shopping centre is 5min on foot. It takes 15-20m to get central station. The airport is 10m drive away and close to eastern suburbs beaches. Street parking is available.
UNIT: The apartment is furnished very bright, nice and homely. It¡¦s a 2 bedroom unit with a generous-sized living room and a lovely balcony that looks out into a nice little park with plenty of greenery.
ROOM: It¡¦s a bright single furnished room but you may need to bring your own bed. (My current flatmate may want to take the bed.)
Bills paid quarterly (not included in rent price) for Gas and Electricity. Wireless Internet is optional at an extra cost of around $30 a month. Three weeks bond+two weeks rent in advance
So if you're between 20 - 35 (female preferable) who is reliable, clean, (not a neat freak !), non-smkr, easy going and social (not to the point where there are wild parties), then I want to hear from you!
