Share the main bathroom with 1 other female, it has a spa bath. Laundry inside apartment, no clothes are allowed to be hung on the balcony. 2 car lock-up garage available. Close to shops and buses
Rent is $107p/week. 4 weeks rent as bond which you get back at the end. Utilities are split in thirds. Gas and electricity are paid every three months and work out at about $50 each per bill. Phone depends on usage. If you know how to get the internet to go to more than one computer I have broadband in the master bedroom. Share the chores around the apartment.
